Accuracy is a continuing obligation
Terms change. Deadlines move. When the record changes, we correct it clearly.
Report an error
Use the correction form and include the affected URL, the specific issue and an official source where available.
How corrections work
Material factual errors are corrected promptly. The page’s verification date is updated, and a correction note is added when the change affects the meaning, financial impact or required advisor action.
Updates are not corrections
A supplier extending a deadline or publishing new terms is an update to the underlying program. We distinguish those changes from mistakes in our original reporting.
Response standard
We review substantiated corrections as a priority. Anonymous claims may be considered, but publication requires evidence we can independently verify.
